Bookings and Custom Gift Designs
To secure your event booking with Opal and Love, a deposit of 50% is required. For custom gifts, full payment must be made prior to the commencement of design and creation.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please notify us immediately at Opal and Love by calling 0417 862 845. Please note the following cancellation terms:

• Cancellations made more than two (2) days prior to the scheduled pick-up/delivery date are eligible for a refund.
• Cancellations within two (2) days of the event or pick-up/delivery date are non-refundable.
• The ability to cancel an order after payment has been accepted is at the discretion of Opal and Love, depending on the level of preparation already completed.
• For event cancellations advised at least two days before the event date, a full refund will be provided. Cancellations less than two days prior are not eligible for a refund.
• Postponing event dates is fee-free, and we will endeavor to accommodate your new preferred date.

Delivery Terms
If the recipient is unavailable at the provided delivery address, we will attempt to contact you or the recipient. In the absence of a response, the product will be placed in a safe area, and a photo will be sent to you as proof of delivery. Opal and Love assumes no responsibility for the product after this point.

• Delivery times are between 8am and 6pm. While we strive to meet specific time requests, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

Bond and Event Hire
A bond of $100 is required for hiring our items, ensuring their care and safe return. In the event of damage, this bond will be used to cover repair costs.

Pricing
Our pricing includes design consultation, materials, assembly, delivery, and installation of Balloon Garlands. Each design is custom-tailored, with prices varying accordingly.
